Read With Me Violet - Review

We were very excited that we have been asked to review Read with me Violet by Leapfrog.

Read With Me Violet is an interactive toy. Violet reads from the five board books that are included:

Lets go camping - Pattern Book
Lets find Violets toy - Narrative Book
Lets have a party - Concept Book
Lets cheer up Eli - Rhyming Book

Lets Learn about the Weather - Learn about Book

Reading the story with Violet!
These books are fantastic and Bethany loves them all, but especially Lets find Violets toy!

Violet asks a question at the end of each page encouraging the child to interact and really get involved, Then Violet will ask you to pat her head when you are ready for the next page. Violet has 5 interactive spots she responds to, The left paw which is for songs, right paw which is for responses, Pet her back, Pat her head and Bethany's favourite, Kissing Violets cheek.

Bethany Kissing Violets Cheek!
Bethany can control Violet by pressing the different buttons on her collar. The buttons are all Numbered and have different colours which all co-ordinate with the books. Violet also has a sleepy mode button on the collar, which is great for winding down at bedtime.

Violet features more than 70 comprehension questions, and also sings some great bouncy songs which Bethany really enjoys.
