Flora Buttery's Funspiration Activity Guide

This weekend the weather has been a bit hit and miss here in Devon, so we decided to stay in and baked some Crunchy Peanut Butter Cupcakes from the Flora Buttery's Funspiration Activity Guide.

The Funspiration Activity Guide is written by award-winning journalist and parenting author Tanith Carey.

As well as lots of Yummy Cupcake recipes, there are also other exciting activities you can do in the funspiration activity guide, from Egg carton Crocodiles and veggie friends to float your boat and puff football. Something for all ages and gender!

We decided to bake the cupcakes because Bethany loves to bake (and eat)! So here's how we made our Crunchy Peanut Butter Cupcakes.

We got all our ingredients ready....

Then we weighed the Eggs...

Once we knew how much the eggs weighed we used the same measurement of Flora Buttery, Caster Sugar and Self Raising Flour....

Then Bethany got to do all the mixing in the bowl!

Once all the ingredients was mixed together nicely we added a Tablespoon of Crunchy Peanut Butter (Yummy)....

Then we put the mixture into the cupcake cases and put them in the oven for 20 minutes...

Once they were out of the oven we let them cool before adding the topping....

To make the Peanut Butter icing, we mixed together Flora Buttery, Icing Sugar, Crunchy Peanut Butter and a drop of Milk....

Once they all had their topping on we added a drizzle of chocolate and put them on Bethany's Rocket cake stand!

These were extremely Yummy and they didn't last very long! as you can see below Bethany thoroughly enjoyed eating hers, as well as Baking and Decorating them.

We will be using the Flora Buttery Funspiration Activity Guide for more exciting activities on days when the weather isn't so good! why not take a look yourself to see what you and your little cherubs can get up to!
